Welcome to the 4L class! We’re excited to start this year with you and your child. This year all classes have been named after famous artists from around the world. 4L is named after the amazing artist Tjapaltjarri—a famous Australian artist from the Northern Territory.

 

Quick Facts About Tjapaltjarri:

  • Cultural Roots: He’s from the Pintupi people and his art tells stories from Aboriginal culture.
  • Art Style: Known for his colourful dot paintings (pointallism) that capture the beauty of Dreamtime stories.
  • Global Impact: His work has been featured in galleries around the world.

 

In 4L, we’ll explore, create, and learn with the same energy and creativity that Tjapaltjarri’s art embodies. Looking forward to a fantastic year ahead!
