Hi Guys,

As you may have heard, Boris will not be opening schools for a few more weeks. It is therefore very important that you do as much of the work as possible. If you are sharing a computer with siblings and only get minimal computer time, I am happy for you do the work in your homework book.

I have also noticed that a lot of you have not been doing the online lessons on MyMaths and only attempting the practical homework. As a result I have seen some very poor scores. So please make sure you do the online lesson before the homework so that you know how to complete the work.

I also hope that you have been reading a lot during the time off. I am on my third book of isolation. As a reward, if you put a book review on google classroom, our first day back you can move your name to gold.

The book review must include

-Book title and Authors name

-A summary of the plot

-Your favourite part of the story and why

-Favourite character and why?

-Would you recommend this book? Why/Why not?

- Illustration

I have added two youtube videos to our google classroom to show you how to add a picture of your work. Any questions please ask me on the comments page.

I will hopefully be calling you all this week to see how you are and if you need any resources from school i.e. a new homework book.
